Employee Safety Training

Training sessions include giveaways, safety incentives and cash to employees.

Sessions can be conducted in English or Spanish, and include preparation, handouts, training materials, support materials, videos, video equipment, sign in sheets and written documentation of training. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate shift workers. Classes are generally limited to 45 employees.

Forklift Safety Training

Designed for drivers already familiar with forklift operation. Training includes: video presentations on driver safety, forklift safety and propane and battery safety; group discussion; a written test; and hands-on obstacle course driving. Training manuals, training documentation, operator certificates, laminated ID cards and certificate copies are provided. The training is valid for three years per OSHA regulations. Classes are approximately three hours in length and limited to fifteen participants.

On Site Consultation

Fee includes preparation, follow-up, and written summary report covering observations and recommendations.

Mock OSHA Inspection

Includes hazard identification, documentation review, evaluation of written programs, experience modification, review of injuries, procedures and policies.

Written Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) Preparation

Includes evaluation of operation-specific needs, preparation of the written program and two finished copies. Also includes material for on-going self-inspections.

Observation Reports

Includes on-site inspection and video captures, evaluation and recommendations with corrective assignment checklists and printed color documentation reports (five copies).

Specific Written Safety Programs

Includes evaluation of precise topic needs and preparation of written programs to address these needs.


  • Travel time beyond the greater Long Beach/Los Angeles area is billed at $50 per hour and $0.50 per mile. Out of town travel expenses billed at cost.

  • No additional charge for night or weekend services.

  • Out of town rates are dependent upon travel scheduling and requirements.
